Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has appointed Kartik Raol as Director of Rooms. He brings close to two decades of global hospitality experience and a long association with the Four Seasons brand.
Experience and Background
A graduate of the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland, Kartik began his career in 2006. He joined Four Seasons in 2008 as part of the opening team at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai. Over the years, he has held several operational and leadership roles across the brand’s international portfolio. His previous positions include Guest Experience Manager and Front Office Manager in Mumbai, Assistant Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Landaa Giraavaru, and Assistant Director of Residences at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island.

Role and Responsibilities
In his new position, Kartik will oversee the rooms division. His focus areas include guest experience, service standards, and operational effectiveness. His exposure to global markets and experience in guest-facing roles will support the hotel’s ongoing efforts to strengthen service delivery and maintain brand consistency.
Personal Interests
Outside work, Kartik practices yoga, running, and strength training. He enjoys reading and travelling, with a strong interest in culinary and cultural experiences that influence his approach to hospitality.
