In his new role, Jitender Kumar Sharma will oversee overall restaurant operations, guest experience, business performance, team leadership, and growth initiatives at the iconic dining destination in Aerocity.
Brings Extensive Experience in Hospitality and Restaurant Operations
Jitender Kumar Sharma joins Kwality Restaurant with significant experience across hospitality, food and beverage operations, and restaurant management.
Prior to this appointment, he served as General Manager and Operations Head at PLATS India, where he led operations, pre-opening activities, catering programmes, training initiatives, and strategic business growth.
Before PLATS India, he spent more than seven years with Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd, holding key positions including Regional Manager, Operations Manager at Tres, and Food & Beverage Manager. During his tenure, he was involved in operational management, financial performance, team development, and food and beverage strategy.
Hospitality Career Includes Hyatt Regency Gurgaon
Earlier in his career, Jitender Kumar Sharma was associated with Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, where he held the positions of Outlet Manager and Assistant Manager – Outlet, gaining valuable experience in luxury hospitality operations and guest service management.
