Roseate Hotels & Resorts has appointed Jatin Singh Puri as the Director of Food and Beverage. Puri joins the brand with extensive experience in luxury hospitality and a strong track record in operational leadership.
Prior to this, he served as Senior Food and Beverage Manager at DLF Hospitality, where he played a key role in enhancing guest dining experiences across premium venues. His career began at Taj Hotels in Gurugram, where he contributed to multiple pre-opening projects and advanced from Restaurant Manager to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager (HOD), and later Food and Beverage Manager.
He has also held notable positions at The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences as Assistant Banquet Manager and Food and Beverage Executive. Earlier in his career, he worked with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts as Operations Team Lead and Associate, and with ITC Limited, Dwarka as an Associate.
Puri holds an MBA in Customer Service Management from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce, a B.Com from Delhi University, and a B.Sc in Hospitality Management from TIHM Delhi. He is also certified by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (Level 2) and has completed the Leadership Programme (LEAP) by DLF.
With his appointment, Roseate Hotels & Resorts strengthens its leadership team in the food and beverage vertical. His role is expected to focus on enhancing culinary experiences and driving strategic innovation across the brand’s portfolio.
