The festival menu offers guests authentic Kodava dishes including Balekai Barthad, which consists of shallow-fried raw plantains; Nallamalu Erchi, the region’s signature lamb pepper fry; Meen Barthad, crisp fried fish; and Koli Barthad, spicy pan-fried chicken. Additional preparations include Ograne Itte Kadambutt, a stir-fried rice dumpling with vegetables, and Bollary Barthad, made from golden-fried yellow cucumber.
Complementing the main courses are traditional accompaniments and seasonal specialties such as Chorange Pajji, Thenge Pajji, Baimbale Curry, Kaad Mange, and Tarkari Pulav.
