The project will be developed in partnership with Raj Kailash Hospitality LLP. The hotel’s location along the Yamuna Expressway is expected to provide access for visitors travelling to Agra, which forms part of the Golden Triangle circuit alongside Delhi and Jaipur.
Gateway Agra to Feature Dining and Wellness Facilities
The 232-key Gateway Agra will offer an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant and a bar. Its wellness facilities will include a gym and swimming pool, providing guests with options for fitness and recreation during their stay.
The hotel will also cater to meetings, weddings and social events through spacious banquet halls, a conference room and meeting rooms. These facilities will support both corporate gatherings and private celebrations, alongside the property’s accommodation and dining offerings.

IHCL Expands Its Presence in Uttar Pradesh
With the addition of Gateway Agra, IHCL will have 64 hotels in Uttar Pradesh, including 27 under development. The project will strengthen the company’s footprint in the state and add to its portfolio in a market that combines established tourism demand with ongoing urban development.
The greenfield hotel will bring accommodation, dining, wellness and event facilities to the Yamuna Expressway corridor, serving visitors to Agra as well as guests travelling for business and social occasions.
