More Than Two Decades of Hospitality Experience
Pankaj Jha brings more than 20 years of hospitality experience across luxury hotels, business destinations, and resort properties.
His professional background spans international hospitality brands across India and the Middle East.
His expertise includes hotel operations, guest experience management, financial performance, service delivery, and team leadership. Cross-market operational exposure remains valuable for senior hotel leadership roles requiring commercial and operational oversight.
Previous Leadership Experience
Most recently, Pankaj Jha served as Director of Operations at an upscale international hotel in Ahmedabad. In that role, he was involved in business performance management, operational execution, guest experience initiatives, and workplace culture development.
His earlier hospitality journey includes exposure across multiple upscale and luxury hospitality brands.
Education Background
Pankaj Jha is a graduate in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from IHM Ahmedabad. He is also an alumnus of the Taj Management Training Program.
Formal hospitality education combined with operational leadership experience continues to remain a strong foundation for senior hotel management roles.
