Hyatt Regency Chennai has announced the appointment of Nilanjan Chakraborty as its new Chef.
With more than a decade of experience, Chef Nilanjan has worked with leading luxury hotels across Mumbai, Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Kolkata. A graduate of the Institute of Advanced Management, Kolkata, he is known for his creativity, leadership, and expertise in Italian cuisine.
