Sriparna Das has been appointed as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata.
In her new role, Sriparna Das will support food and beverage operations across the hotel, focusing on service delivery, inventory management, cost control, operational efficiency, and coordination between culinary and service teams.

Sriparna Das brings over 12 years of experience in hospitality operations, with expertise spanning guest service, restaurant management, team leadership, revenue planning, and operational excellence.
Over the course of her career, she has developed strong capabilities in managing dining operations, enhancing guest experiences, and supporting business growth through effective outlet management and customer engagement initiatives.
Internal Growth at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata
Prior to her appointment as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Sriparna served as Manager – Outlets at Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata.
During her tenure, she played a key role in overseeing outlet operations, guest engagement initiatives, service standards, and operational performance, contributing to the property’s food and beverage offerings and guest satisfaction goals.
Experience Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Before joining Hyatt Centric Ballygunge Kolkata, Sriparna was associated with leading hospitality brands including JW Marriott Kolkata and Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences.
Her experience across these properties included responsibilities related to restaurant operations, event management, guest relations, business development, and food and beverage service management.
Education and Expanded Responsibilities
Sriparna holds a degree in Sociology from Netaji Subhash Open University and a diploma in Hospitality Travel & Customer Service Management.
In her current position, she will also contribute to developing dining experiences, strengthening guest engagement initiatives, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance food and beverage offerings for local diners, MICE guests, and leisure travellers.
