Her role has covered both structured training programmes and initiatives designed around the specific development needs of employees and departments.
As Assistant Manager – Learning & Development, she has managed onboarding and induction processes for new colleagues while designing and delivering training programmes. She has also worked with department heads to identify performance gaps and determine appropriate learning interventions.

As Learning & Development Manager, Sood will continue to strengthen the hotel’s learning culture and support employee capability development. Her responsibilities include planning and delivering training initiatives that help colleagues build the skills required for their respective roles.
Identifying performance gaps will remain an important part of her work. By collaborating with department heads, she can identify areas requiring additional support and implement focused learning interventions to address those requirements.
Her mandate also includes contributing to professional growth across the hotel. Through onboarding, induction and ongoing training, she will support colleagues at different stages of their employment journey.
Pre-Opening Training Experience
