Before joining Holiday Inn Mumbai, Susan spent over 12 years at Novotel Goa Resorts & Spa, where she was instrumental in streamlining front office operations and elevating guest satisfaction standards. Her tenure at the resort was marked by her meticulous attention to service quality, team training, and guest engagement initiatives that became benchmarks for operational excellence.
Prior to her hospitality journey, Susan gained extensive experience in the aviation sector, having served as a cabin crew member for over six years with leading airlines such as IndiGo and Kingfisher. This phase of her career honed her interpersonal skills, quick decision-making abilities, and dedication to guest comfort—qualities that continue to define her leadership style.
