Gaurav Pandey brings more than 23 years of experience spanning hospitality operations, learning and development, academic leadership, and pre-opening strategy. His career includes assignments with the Indian School of Hospitality, Conrad Bengaluru, Jaypee Greens, and Sarovar Hotels, among others.
Across these roles, Gaurav Pandey has focused on strengthening service culture, operational discipline, and structured capability-building initiatives. His experience in both operational environments and academic leadership has provided him with a balanced perspective on talent development and performance alignment.
