Holiday Inn Express Gurugram Sector 50 has appointed Lata Pande as General Manager. She brings over 18 years of hospitality experience across leading hotel brands and corporate roles. Lata will lead operations, improve guest service standards, and strengthen commercial performance at the hotel.

Professional Background
Lata holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management from Lucknow University. She also earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Her professional journey began with Oberoi Hotels where she worked across key departments that shaped her early foundation in service and operations.
She later accepted leadership roles at Suryagarh in Jaisalmer and at The Westin Gurgaon. In addition, she managed Administration and Operations at Billerud, a Swedish packaging paper company. That exposure strengthened her corporate outlook and business acumen.
Most recently, she served as Director of Operations and Business Development for North India at BluSalzz Hospitality. In that role, she led the growth of multiple properties, focused on profitability, and improved operational efficiency across new and existing units.
