Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa has appointed Srinidhi MP as Security Manager, strengthening its leadership team with an experienced hospitality security professional.
With over seven years of experience across hospitality and industrial safety, Srinidhi will lead the resort’s security and safety operations, focusing on asset protection, risk management, emergency preparedness, and guest safety.

In his new role, Srinidhi will oversee the resort’s end-to-end security strategy, including surveillance systems, access control, risk assessments, emergency response protocols, and coordination with local authorities.
His responsibilities will also include strengthening security frameworks, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and implementing measures that support a safe and secure environment for guests, associates, and hotel assets.
Hospitality and Industrial Safety Experience
Srinidhi has been associated with Hilton Hotels for more than four years, most recently serving as Assistant Security Manager and Fire Safety Officer.
During his tenure, he managed security operations, fire safety compliance, incident response, access control systems, and emergency preparedness initiatives, contributing to the property’s overall safety and operational resilience.
Prior to joining Hilton, he worked as a Project Safety Officer with FLS Projects and Industrial Boilers Projects, where he was responsible for permit-to-work systems, job safety procedures, and industrial safety compliance.
