Hilton Garden Inn Trivandrum has appointed Bharathi Perumal as general manager. His 22 year tenure in hospitality spans roles with IHG, Marriott, Radisson, EHG Bahrain, Silversea USA and One&Only.
Perumal will oversee all hotel operations, including guest services, administration and marketing. His immediate past role was hotel manager at Le Royal Méridien Chennai, where he led revenue growth, brand positioning and guest satisfaction improvements. He also served as director of operations at InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram, improving key performance metrics. As food and beverage champion for IHG Southwest Asia, he mentored teams in India and Bangladesh and launched 18 restaurant concepts to strengthen brand identity and guest experience.
