GRT Hotels & Resorts has inaugurated Regency Palani, marking the completion of its presence across all six shrines of the Arupadai Veedu pilgrimage circuit dedicated to Lord Murugan. With this launch, GRT Hotels becomes the only hospitality group offering branded stays across Tiruttani, Swamimalai, Palani, Pazhamudhircholai, Thirupparamkunram and Tiruchendur.
Launch Strengthens ‘Divine Darshan’ Initiative
The opening of Regency Palani strengthens the group’s “Divine Darshan” initiative, which is designed to provide structured and spiritually aligned travel experiences for pilgrims. By establishing a hospitality presence at all six shrines, GRT Hotels aligns its infrastructure with the pilgrimage circuit’s travel patterns.
The addition consolidates the brand’s footprint in Tamil Nadu’s key spiritual destinations while addressing growing demand for organised pilgrimage stays.

Leadership’s Comment
“The opening of Regency Palani is a deeply proud moment for us. It isn’t just about adding another hotel; it is about completing a circle of faith. We are now the only hospitality group that can accompany a devotee through the entire Arupadai Veedu circuit. From the first prayer at Tiruttani to the final darshan at Tiruchendur, travellers can now trust in the GRT family for their entire journey.”
– Vikram Cotah, CEO, GRT Hotels & Resorts.
