With more than a decade of rich experience across India’s leading luxury hotels, Nilesh brings deep operational expertise and a passion for crafting memorable dining experiences.
Nilesh Kumar’s career journey reflects a strong foundation in food and beverage management, having contributed to some of the country’s most prestigious hospitality brands. He began his career with The Oberoi, Bengaluru, where he honed his skills in guest service and operations. Over the years, he has been associated with Sheraton Grand Whitefield, Taj West End, and most recently Renaissance Bengaluru Racecourse Hotel, where he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
