Prior to joining Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City, Acharya served as Front Office Manager at ibis Styles Mysuru, where he managed daily front office operations, guest services, guest concerns and corporate client relationships. His wider experience includes leadership positions with The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru, Radisson Bengaluru City Center, Royal Orchid Central, Bengaluru, The Golkonda Hotel, Hyderabad, The Lalit Great Eastern, Kolkata, and Le Méridien Kochi.

Before joining Grand Mercure Ahmedabad GIFT City, Acharya was Front Office Manager at ibis Styles Mysuru. He was responsible for the hotel’s daily front office operations, including guest services and addressing guest concerns.
His responsibilities also included managing corporate client relationships, adding a commercial and relationship-management dimension to his front office experience.
