Youth-focused hospitality brand goSTOPS has launched goLIVING, a long-stay accommodation offering aimed at students, digital nomads and young professionals seeking affordable, flexible housing without long-term commitments.
The new initiative is positioned between paying guest (PG) accommodations and short-stay hotels. goLIVING offers monthly, deposit-free stays starting at ₹9,999 in cities including Bangalore, Gurugram and Delhi.
“goLIVING is designed for that in-between phase, whether you’re settling into a new city or commuting for work, while giving you the vibrancy and connection of a community,” said Pankaj Parwanda, co-founder of goSTOPS. “Young people don’t want to be locked into long leases or isolated in traditional PGs. They want flexibility, comfort and a sense of belonging.”
The co-living model aims to address two major user groups. The first includes individuals relocating to metro cities for employment or education. In Bangalore, an estimated 200,000 people aged 20 to 30 relocate annually, with approximately 15,000 seeking budget-conscious, socially connected living options. The second group includes professionals commuting from nearby towns such as Mysore, Tumkur and Hosur, with around 150,000 people entering Bangalore daily. goSTOPS estimates that about 750 of these daily commuters will become regular goLIVING users.
The launch follows goSTOPS’ ₹35 crore Series A funding round in March 2025, led by Blume Ventures with participation from 1Crowd, Mumbai Angels, Chennai Angels, Indian Angel Network, Lead Angels and Yuj Ventures. The company plans to use the capital to expand to 10,000 beds across 100 locations within 24 months, enhance its technology stack and grow its design-focused, community-led spaces.
goSTOPS currently operates more than 30 properties with over 2,500 beds. In 2024, the brand hosted over 400 long-term guests. Properties in Bengaluru and Gurugram saw average stays of over 25 days, with some guests residing for as long as seven months.
With plans to expand to four additional cities, goLIVING is expected to serve India’s mobile, digital-first generation by offering accessible, affordable living options that accommodate modern, flexible urban lifestyles.
