Gorav’s professional journey spans Hyatt Hotels, The Oberoi Group, and Accor, where he completed multiple senior leadership assignments. He has worked across major Indian markets including Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Jaipur, building a deep understanding of varied guest expectations, regional business dynamics, and culturally rooted luxury hospitality.
He later joined Marriott International as General Manager at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, a role he held for nearly three years. During this period, the hotel delivered consistent year-on-year growth, improved guest satisfaction scores, and strengthened its competitive positioning under his leadership.
