Siyam World Maldives has announced the promotion of Giselle Encinareal from Director of Talent and Culture to Executive Assistant Manager, recognising her long-standing contribution to building people-first leadership and a strong organisational culture at the resort.
Two Decades of People-Centric Leadership
Giselle brings over twenty years of experience across some of the Maldives’ most respected luxury hospitality brands. Since rejoining Sun Siyam Resorts in 2022, she has played a defining role in shaping the heart of Siyam World. As Director of Talent and Culture, she championed learning, wellbeing, and team engagement, creating an environment rooted in care, growth, and accountability.

In her new position as Executive Assistant Manager, Giselle will oversee Siyam World’s Back-of-House pillars, including Talent and Culture, Learning and Development, and Quality Assurance. Her expanded responsibilities place her at the centre of organisational excellence, where she will continue to strengthen team capability, service standards, and internal systems that support the resort’s scale and ambition.
