Experience and Background
Gautam has worked with Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels and Radisson Hotels. His roles have involved operational efficiency, team leadership and service improvement. He has led teams in delivering better results through a focus on guest satisfaction and streamlined processes.
New Role and Responsibilities
In his new position, Gautam will oversee the Rooms Division at Courtyard by Marriott Surat. He will work on service standards, team capability building and guest experience. His responsibilities include ensuring that operations remain aligned with the brand’s framework.
