Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. (ROHL) has appointed Gaurav Goyal as Senior Vice President – Business Development, reinforcing the group’s leadership bench as it accelerates portfolio growth across India. The appointment supports ROHL’s long-term expansion strategy, with a strong emphasis on asset-light growth and brand-led development.
In his new role, Goyal will lead the company’s business development agenda, focusing on strategic alliances, management contracts, portfolio expansion, and value creation across established and emerging markets.
Over Two Decades of Hospitality Development Experience
Gaurav Goyal brings more than 22 years of experience in hospitality business development, strategy, and expansion. His career includes senior roles with Jaypee Residency, Taj Residency, and Spree Hotels & Resorts.
Prior to joining Royal Orchid Hotels, he served as Assistant Vice President – Business Development at Lemon Tree Hotels, where he played a key role in driving growth initiatives and strengthening the brand’s development pipeline.
Driving Asset-Light, Brand-Led Growth
At ROHL, Goyal will spearhead the group’s expansion roadmap, aligning new signings with the company’s asset-light strategy. His mandate includes identifying growth opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and strengthening ROHL’s presence across diverse markets.
