Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai announced the appointment of Aditya Kulkarni as its new executive chef. Kulkarni brings over 15 years of experience in luxury hospitality and a refined approach to culinary innovation . Kulkarni earned a gold medal from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development. He has held leadership roles at Oberoi properties including Four Seasons Mumbai, Rajvilas and its Sahl Hasheesh resort in Egypt. Most recently, he led culinary operations as executive chef at The Bay Club .
As executive chef, Kulkarni will oversee all culinary operations at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, including its signature restaurants AER, Opus and Modernist, the in-room dining service, banquet catering and the takeaway initiative launched earlier this year . His mandate includes menu development, kitchen team mentoring and creating signature experiences that showcase Mumbai’s culinary heritage in line with the Four Seasons brand.
