With more than 18 years of experience in hospitality sales and business development, he brings proven expertise in revenue growth, market expansion, and high-performance team building.
A Career Shaped by Global Hospitality Brands
Firoz has built his career across Marriott, Accor, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts, earning a reputation for sharp commercial insight, close attention to detail, and a collaborative style of leadership. An MBA in Marketing, institute topper and scholarship holder, along with a B.E. in Information Technology, he blends analytical strength with deep market understanding.
His hospitality journey began at The Leela Goa, now The St. Regis Goa, followed by a defining role in the grand launch of Accor’s first luxury hotel in India, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, where he contributed to its successful market positioning.

Recent Experience Driving Premium Segments
Before moving to Navi Mumbai, Firoz served as Associate Director of Sales at Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa, leading commercial teams across Mumbai, Pune, and Mahabaleshwar. His focused work in the weddings and social events segment delivered strong revenue growth while expanding the hotel’s profile in competitive markets.

In his new role, Firoz will guide sales strategy and business development, working to build the hotel’s reputation as a premium urban lifestyle destination. His responsibilities include strengthening market share, driving sustainable revenues, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting elevated guest experiences across all segments.
