Fairmont Mumbai has appointed Madhura Mahadik as People and Culture Co-ordinator. She joins the luxury hotel to support its human resources function, bringing early-career experience in hospitality HR gained through apprenticeships and internships with leading hotel brands.
Her appointment reflects Fairmont Mumbai’s continued focus on strengthening its People and Culture team as the property builds a high-performing and engaged workforce.

In her new role, Madhura Mahadik will support the hotel’s People and Culture function, assisting with human resources operations, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR processes.
She will work closely with the team to help foster a positive workplace culture while supporting the hotel’s people development initiatives.
Early Career Built Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Before joining Fairmont Mumbai, Madhura completed her Human Resources apprenticeship at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, where she gained practical experience in HR operations and employee support.
Earlier, she undertook internships at The St. Regis Mumbai and The Orchid Hotel – Mumbai, building exposure to hospitality human resources, training coordination, administrative functions, and employee engagement practices.
