Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur have announced the appointment of Mr. Rajat Sethi as Cluster General Manager for both properties. Mr. Sethi, who has been leading Fairmont Jaipur since 2023, brings over 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with expertise in guest experience, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
In this expanded role, he will continue to head Fairmont Jaipur while also overseeing Raffles Jaipur, with a focus on enhancing service standards, driving sustainable growth, and strengthening the global positioning of both hotels as premier luxury destinations.

Mr. Sethi’s distinguished career includes senior leadership roles with ITC Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. His early years were with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, notably at Trident Gurgaon, where his leadership further elevated the property’s world-class reputation. In 2022, he was honoured as General Manager of the Year in the Luxury to Upper Upscale category by Hotelier India, recognising his innovative and results-driven approach.
