Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara, a prominent name in the city’s hospitality landscape, has announced the appointment of Narendra Singh as its new Food & Beverage Manager.
With over 25 years of extensive experience, Narendra Singh is well-regarded for his operational excellence, team leadership, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions across India’s leading restaurant groups and hotel brands, managing large-scale F&B operations in both fine dining and quick-service formats.

Most recently, Narendra served as Corporate General Manager at Fusion Foods India, where he successfully oversaw a diverse portfolio of brands including Goa Portuguesa, Jashan, Charcoal Dosa, Saladify, and Subway. Prior to this, he managed operations for Little Italy, Mainland China, and Mirch Masala under International Food Company, and held leadership roles with TGB Vadodara and Ambrosia (Picasso Restaurant).

Narendra has demonstrated expertise in launching and scaling operations, designing banquet menus, managing large teams, and driving profitability across hotel F&B divisions. He has also been at the helm of several high-profile VVIP events, including those hosted for Prime Minister Narendra Modi (during his tenure as Gujarat Chief Minister) and cricket icons Irfan Pathan and Kiran More, as well as overseeing catering for international cricket matches in Baroda.
An alumnus of IHM Bhopal and a graduate of Gujarat University, Narendra’s deep knowledge of hospitality standards and his customer-centric approach make him an invaluable addition to the Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara leadership team.
