Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur has announced the appointment of Mr. Nitin Bhapkar as its Hotel Manager. With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Nitin brings extensive operational expertise and a strong commitment to service excellence, positioning him to further enhance the hotel’s reputation as a preferred destination for both business and leisure travelers.
Mr. Bhapkar takes on this role following his successful tenure as Director of Operations at Four Points by Sheraton Chennai OMR, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational insight. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the most renowned global hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Accor, and Taj Hotels.

Known for his innovative approach to Food and Beverage operations, Nitin has been recognized with multiple accolades and prestigious industry nominations. Prior to his role at Four Points by Sheraton, he led the Food and Beverage division at Novotel IBIS ORR Bengaluru, where he was instrumental in overseeing complex, large-scale operations.
An alumnus of Sinhagad Education Society’s Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Lonavala–Pune, Nitin graduated with First Class honors in Hotel Management, Travel, and Tourism. Continuing his dedication to lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing a Management Development Program at the Indian School of Hospitality.
In his new role at Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur, Nitin will be responsible for strategic operational management, focusing on guest satisfaction, sustainability initiatives, financial performance, and upholding Marriott’s global standards of hospitality.
Beyond his professional achievements, Nitin is a family-oriented individual, an avid nature enthusiast, and a passionate cricket fan.
