Sudipta began his professional journey as a lecturer and training officer before transitioning into the hospitality sector, where he has held significant roles across top brands like Sarovar Hotels, The Lalit, Accor, and Hyatt Hotels in various locations across India.
Most recently, he served as HR Manager at Taj Hotels, contributing to diverse HR initiatives and organisational culture-building.
Known for his approachable leadership style, ability to genuinely connect with people, and dedication to developing future leaders, Sudipta will lead HR strategy, employee engagement, and cultural transformation at Fairfield Kolkata. His efforts will align with the hotel’s commitment to people-first values and strengthen its internal team dynamics.
