The partnership covers the wellness concept, programming, operations, team training and guest experience.
The signing aligns with the hospitality sector’s long-term growth strategy, reflecting patterns seen in hotel signings and announcements.ELE|NA Ayur Creates Destination Wellness Offering
The two-storey wellness destination features nine treatment rooms, a twinned hydrothermal circuit, Meditation Hall, movement pavilion and salon. The offering is structured around ELE|NA’s Pillars of Vitality, with programming covering TouchFlow massage and bodywork, ReFine skin health, BodyFit movement and breathwork, SoulVibe sound and water therapies, SleepSync sleep experiences and FoodDelight conscious nutrition.
The sanctuary is designed to combine treatment-led wellness with experiences that connect guests to the surrounding landscape, creating a broader wellness offering within the resort environment.

Signature Experiences Draw from Rajasthan
The wellness menu includes a collection of experiences inspired by the natural elements, including Inner Fire Awakening, Grounding Earth Ritual, Flowing Water Therapy and Sacred Wood Restoration.
The programme also incorporates local influences through experiences such as the Jaipur-Inspired Heart & Grounding Ritual, Desert Glow ubtan body polish and Camel Milk nourishing wrap. Sound-led experiences include Fort Echoes and Sound of the Hills.
Couples can opt for private experiences including Ever After and the 180-minute Sacred Together. The programme also extends outdoors through forest bathing, guided nature walks, starry-sky and moon meditation, floating meditation and sound healing.
Elemental Vitality Calendar Expands Programming
Beyond individual treatments, ELE|NA will introduce a four-week Elemental Vitality calendar, moving through Earth, Water, Fire and Air. The programme covers physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental and creative wellbeing.
Activities will include Aravalli nature walks, pottery, kintsugi, sound healing, stargazing and tree planting. The planting activities will contribute to the Ananta group’s annual target of planting 50,000 trees across its properties.
Wellness Spaces Focus on Restoration
The sanctuary will include dedicated spaces for different wellness experiences. The SleepSync™ Room will offer hammock sound baths, yoga nidra and guided rest, while a Contrast Therapy Suite will feature ice baths and warm jacuzzis.
Other facilities include a sound-healing hall and HydroTherm dry-flotation massage. ELE|NA’s owned product houses, ELE|NA Essentia and Philosophia Botanica, will be incorporated into treatments and retail.
ELE|NA will operate the sanctuary end to end, covering treatment design, team training and daily activation.
First Project in Wider ELE|NA-Ananta Partnership
“Ananta and ELE|NA share an ambition to make wellness a defining part of the guest experience,” said Heidi Grimwood, Senior Vice President of ELE|NA. “Few settings give you as much to work with as Ajabgarh: the forest, the hills, the dark skies. Our task is simply to open the door to all of it and to hold the sanctuary to a standard guests will travel for. We look forward to opening it and to the properties that follow.”
Mukund Goyal, Chairman, Ananta Hotels & Resorts, added:
“Ajabgarh was built around the land it stands on. The villas are grouped by element, most of the thirty acres is left as landscape and the fort on the ridge has been there far longer than we have. A wellness sanctuary belongs in a setting like this. ELE|NA works to a standard we recognise and Ajabgarh is the first of several properties we expect to develop together.”
The Ajabgarh sanctuary is the first project under a wider partnership between ELE|NA and Ananta, with further developments planned. The collaboration also positions ELE|NA to work with Indian hotels and resorts seeking to develop wellness as an experience-led component of the guest journey and a potential revenue stream.
