Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Whitefield has announced the appointment of Ishita Ganguly as its new Hotel Manager.
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 13 years of experience, Ishita brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership expertise, having worked with some of the world’s leading hotel brands, including Marriott International, IHG, Accor, and Hyatt.

An alumna of the Institute of Hotel Management, Bangalore, Ishita began her career as a Corporate Management Trainee at Park Hyatt Chennai. Over the years, she has held prominent leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Mumbai, Accor’s Global Sales Office – West India, Ibis Mumbai Cluster, and Crowne Plaza Greater Noida.
Most recently, she served as Complex Director of Sales & Marketing at Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road, where she was recognized as Sales Rising Star – Leader at Marriott International’s Elite Awards 2024, a testament to her exceptional performance and contributions.
With extensive expertise in sales and revenue management, Ishita has consistently driven commercial success, delivering strong top-line performance across diverse market landscapes. She is widely acknowledged for her strategic mindset, energetic leadership, and forward-thinking approach to both guest experience and operational excellence.
Speaking about her appointment, Ishita expressed enthusiasm for her new role, stating her commitment to strengthening the hotel’s market position and ensuring memorable experiences for guests.
