Throughout her career, Kritika has worked with some of the most respected names in the hospitality sector, including Hyatt, IHG, Oberoi, and Pride Hotels, where she played key roles in driving employee development and operational excellence. Her expertise lies in talent acquisition, leadership training, and implementing people-centric policies that align with brand values and business goals.
A Return to the DoubleTree by Hilton Pune–Chinchwad Family
This appointment marks a homecoming for Kritika, who has previously been associated with DoubleTree by Hilton Pune–Chinchwad as Training Executive and Assistant Manager – HR & Training. Her familiarity with the brand’s ethos and culture positions her perfectly to lead its HR initiatives with renewed focus and energy.
Most recently, Kritika served as Learning Manager at Hyatt Ahmedabad, where she played a crucial role in strengthening employee learning frameworks and enhancing leadership capabilities.
Academic Background and Certifications
Kritika holds an MBA in Human Resources from Pune University. She is also certified in Leadership, Train-the-Trainer, POSH, and Quality Assurance, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional growth and workplace excellence.
