DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji has announced the promotion of Amar Albuquerque to the position of Hotel Manager. This move recognizes Albuquerque’s leadership and his role in the property’s continued operational success since he joined in 2019.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, Albuquerque has demonstrated a strong track record in resort operations, revenue management and team leadership. Known for his strategic thinking and guest-focused approach, he has contributed to enhancing service standards and driving performance across the hotel.
Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji, Albuquerque worked with leading hospitality brands including Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) and Accor Hotels. These roles provided him with valuable insights into the complexities of managing hospitality operations in Goa’s competitive tourism market. His ability to lead multicultural teams and foster collaboration has been widely acknowledged within the organization.
