    Dhruv Sharma brings over 12 years of hospitality experience, with expertise in food and beverage operations, service delivery, operational management, and guest engagement within luxury hospitality environments. In his new role, Dhruv Sharma will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, with responsibility for service standards, operational efficiency, and guest dining experiences.

    The Food and Beverage Manager role remains central to hotel operations, overseeing restaurant performance, service delivery, guest engagement, team coordination, and operational execution across dining functions. At Taj Chandigarh, Dhruv Sharma will lead the hotel’s food and beverage operations while supporting its culinary positioning in the local hospitality market.

    Dhruv Sharma Brings Over 12 Years of Luxury Hospitality Experience

    Dhruv Sharma brings more than 12 years of experience in food and beverage operations across luxury hospitality environments.

    Over the course of his career, he has been associated with hospitality brands including Fairmont Jaipur, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, and Hilton.

    Most recently, Dhruv Sharma led food and beverage operations at a luxury resort, where he was involved in service delivery, operational management, and hospitality execution.

    His professional experience includes financial planning, inventory management, service quality oversight, and managing operations across multiple dining formats.

    Taj Chandigarh Strengthens Food and Beverage Operations

    Taj Chandigarh continues to strengthen leadership across guest-facing operational functions as luxury hospitality operators increasingly focus on dining experiences as a key component of guest engagement.
