Dharaniswar Das has held senior people leadership roles with reputed hospitality brands, including Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall, Novotel Guwahati, and Ibis Novotel Bengaluru ORR. Over the years, he has developed a strong track record in managing large and diverse teams, implementing structured HR frameworks and fostering high-performance workplace cultures.
His professional experience spans talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and culture transformation, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of people operations in complex hospitality environments.

Role and Responsibilities
In his new role at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, Dharaniswar will lead the hotel’s People & Culture strategy, with a focus on attracting, developing and retaining talent while strengthening a collaborative and inclusive workplace environment.
