Deepika Tiwari Upadhyay brings more than 13 years of experience across hospitality sales and commercial operations.
Her appointment also marks a return to IHCL, where she previously spent nearly six years with Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces in Visakhapatnam, building her hospitality sales and commercial foundation.
Prior to rejoining IHCL, she served as Director of Sales at Louvre Hotels Group and Associate Director of Sales at Clarks Group of Hotels.
Her professional journey also includes roles with Lemon Tree Hotels, where she received the High Achiever Award for FY 2022–23, and Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow, where she earned multiple recognitions as Sales Person of the Month.
Deepika Tiwari Upadhyay has additionally been associated with the pre-opening team at IHG Hotels & Resorts.
Her experience spans hospitality sales management, strategic account management, commercial operations, corporate relations, localised business planning, and team leadership.
