Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two seasoned hospitality professionals, the hotel announced Monday.
Abhishek Sharma has joined as the new front office manager. With more than a decade of experience, he brings operational expertise from top hotel brands including Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Taj, Accor, and Radisson. Sharma previously held senior front office roles at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Park Plaza Chandigarh–Zirakpur, where he played a key role in improving guest experience and streamlining operations.
Simmy Chaudhary has been appointed executive housekeeper. She arrives with 13 years of experience in housekeeping and guest services. Chaudhary most recently served as assistant executive housekeeper at St. Regis Mumbai. She has held strategic roles at Taj Palace New Delhi, The Park, Eros Nehru Place, Radisson Blu Kaushambi, Best Western, and Claridges Nabha Mussoorie. Her expertise spans operational planning, hygiene standards, and guest comfort across luxury properties in India.
