Before joining Courtyard by Marriott Surat, he served as Associate Director, Human Resources at The Clarks Hotel and Resort under Pride Hospitality. His earlier roles at Royal Orchid Hotels and The Palms Beach Hotel and Spa helped him build strong skills in team development and HR operations. His experience reflects clear strengths in building stable HR systems and guiding teams through change.
