    Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport has appointed Anusikha Paul as Training Manager, strengthening its learning and development leadership at the Mumbai property.

    Anusikha Paul brings hospitality experience across operational and learning roles, with expertise in training, talent development, learning programmes, soft skills development, and associate capability building. In her new role, Anusikha Paul will lead the hotel’s training and development function, focusing on employee capability enhancement and learning initiatives.

    The addition highlights Marriott’s leadership focus, aligning with hospitality leadership updates.

    Anusikha Paul Takes on Learning and Development Leadership

    The Training Manager role remains important in hospitality operations, with responsibility for workforce capability, training delivery, skill development, and service culture enhancement.

    At Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, Anusikha Paul will oversee learning initiatives aimed at strengthening associate performance and service delivery.

    Anusikha Paul Brings Cross-Functional Hospitality Experience

    Anusikha Paul’s hospitality journey has included roles ranging from Hygiene Officer to Learning and Development assignments, giving her exposure to operational discipline as well as people development.

    She holds a postgraduate diploma in Training and Development, along with a Master of Science in Microbiology.

    Her professional background reflects experience in training culture development, soft skills enhancement, and structured learning programmes within hospitality environments.

    Speaking on her appointment, Anusikha Paul said,

    “Learning and development is not just about training, it is about unlocking potential and equipping our associates with the skills and confidence to create memorable guest experiences. I look forward to delivering meaningful development programmes that nurture talent and support the hotel’s vision of excellence.”
