Conrad Pune, the flagship luxury hotel for Hilton Worldwide, has announced the appointment of Mr. Shreyash Dwivedi as the new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. With extensive experience across India’s leading luxury hotels, Shreyash brings a deep understanding of fine dining operations, guest engagement, and brand-building within the hospitality sector.
A Seasoned Professional in Luxury Hospitality
Shreyash joins Conrad Pune from The St. Regis Mumbai, where he served as Food & Beverage Manager and played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall guest dining experience. Prior to that, he was associated with The Leela Palace Chennai as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, where his leadership contributed to the success of celebrated outlets such as Spectra and Library Blu.

His journey in hospitality began with the prestigious Taj Management Trainee Program, following which he held key roles at Taj Krishna Hyderabad, Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott ORR Bangalore, and Novotel Hotels in Chennai and Kolkata. Over the years, his strategic approach and operational expertise have helped position multiple dining venues as market leaders, earning several Times Food & Nightlife Awards.
