Siddhant Arora has more than nine years of experience in the hospitality industry across food and beverage operations, events, and commercial planning. Siddhant Arora has worked with international and Indian hospitality brands, including Hilton and Taj Hotels, building expertise in financial management, partnership development, and programme-led guest engagement.
Experience Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Before joining Conrad Bengaluru, Siddhant Arora held senior food and beverage and events roles within Taj Hotels and IHCL. Siddhant Arora gained early recognition as part of Taj Hotels’ management trainee programme and later became the youngest events and banquets manager within the group. The assignments included responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, strategic partnerships, and the execution of marketing and guest engagement initiatives designed to strengthen brand visibility.
