Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa has appointed Chetan Sharma as its new Food & Beverage Manager, effective immediately. Sharma brings over 18 years of hospitality expertise to the luxury desert resort.
Sharma joins from Jaipur Marriott, where he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager overseeing operations at a 374-room property known for housing the highest number of F&B outlets in the city. During his tenure, he focused on team leadership, guest satisfaction and revenue performance across weddings and corporate segments.
His extensive career includes leadership roles at prestigious Indian hotels such as Rambagh Palace, Taj Lake Palace, The Oberoi Udaivilas, and Sterling Elk Hill in Ooty, as well as experience working with INOX. He has consistently been credited for enhancing guest dining experiences and boosting departmental profitability.
At Jaisalmer Marriott Resort & Spa, Sharma will oversee all food and beverage operations, with an eye on enhancing guest satisfaction, maximizing F&B revenue, and curating dining offerings that reflect the distinct cultural spirit and heritage of Jaisalmer.
