With a robust background in the culinary arts, Chef Pritam Panwar has accumulated rich experience across India’s premier hospitality institutions. He previously served as Head Chef at the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), where he led kitchen teams and crafted menus that resonated with both local and international sensibilities.
Earlier in his career, he held the position of Executive Sous Chef at a well-regarded Italian fine-dining restaurant in Chandigarh. He also contributed to the culinary operations at Courtyard by Marriott in Amritsar, where he oversaw multiple outlets and banquet kitchens—showcasing his versatility in managing diverse culinary spaces.
Chef Panwar’s professional journey also includes impactful tenures at Indore Marriott Hotel and the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson, both in Gurgaon and Delhi, where he specialized in continental cuisine and banquet kitchen management—fine-tuning his skills across different culinary styles and service formats.
He began his culinary profession through internships with Radisson Blu Marina in Connaught Place and Country Inn & Suites, laying a solid foundation in kitchen operations and culinary management that has shaped his ensuing leadership roles.
At Ambria, Chef Pritam Panwar will now define and execute the company’s overarching culinary vision. He is tasked with introducing contemporary menu strategies, overseeing consistent culinary standards, and ensuring that each outlet reflects Ambria’s evolving culinary identity and excellence.
