JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Chef Brendan Dewar as its new Executive Pastry Chef, bringing over 30 years of international pastry expertise spanning Australia, Europe, and Asia. Inspired by Japanese precision, French patisserie traditions, and the vibrant Australian culinary scene, Chef Dewar is set to elevate the hotel’s dessert offerings.

Chef Brendan’s distinguished career includes leadership roles in pastry operations at renowned luxury hotels such as Pan Pacific Singapore, Shangri-La Sydney, and InterContinental Hayman Island. He also honed his entrepreneurial skills by owning two patisseries in Sydney’s CBD. At JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity, he will now spearhead the hotel’s pastry and bakery programme across all outlets and banqueting operations, driving innovation in presentation, technique, and guest engagement.
