BNW Developments has unveiled the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in RAK Central, Ras Al Khaimah, in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group. The announcement marks a new addition to the emirate’s evolving hospitality and mixed-use landscape.
The reveal was led by senior leadership from both organisations and attended by prominent real estate and hospitality stakeholders. The launch event drew over 8,000 attendees, including industry leaders from the real estate sector, and featured performances by UK band Blue and Bollywood artists Armaan Malik and Amaal Mallik following the two-project announcement.

Hotel and Residential Overview
Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central, will comprise 361 keys within a newly constructed property positioned above curated retail and cinema offerings. The hotel will include five food and beverage venues, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, meeting and event spaces, a spa and gym, a Business Class lounge, and a kids’ club.
Adjacent to the hotel, Radisson Blu Residences, RAK Central, will feature 222 branded residences. Residents will receive hotel-delivered services and benefit from operational efficiencies and food and beverage synergies across the wider development.
