Maldives-based Atmosphere Core has partnered with Harbinger Recreations LLP to develop Aryaville by Atmosphere near Jaipur, with plans to open in the first quarter of 2028. This new luxury resort will offer 244 cottages and villas, each with private plunge pools, nestled within the Aravalli foothills about an hour from Jaipur International Airport.
Designed under the “By Atmosphere” sub-brand, Aryaville promises a tranquil retreat experience in harmony with its natural surroundings. The resort’s offerings include multiple dining venues available throughout the day, a speciality Rajasthani and North Indian restaurant, artisan bakery, café, lounge, bar, and dedicated spaces for events such as corporate retreats and destination weddings.
Salil Panigrahi, Managing Director of Atmosphere Core, said this new venture marks a key moment in the company’s goal to expand with 25 properties in India and South Asia by 2025. He emphasized that Aryaville has been designed with both domestic and international travellers in mind. Souvagya Mohapatra, Regional Managing Director for India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan, highlighted Jaipur’s emergence as a prominent tourism destination due to its cultural heritage and strategic geography. Alop Mehta, Partner at Harbinger Recreations, added that this project will “establish a new standard in luxury hospitality” for the state.
We are thrilled to join forces with Atmosphere Core in transforming this property into a premier luxury resort. Their esteemed commitment to exceptional quality and service aligns seamlessly with our vision. This partnership represents a strategic move into the Rajasthan market and is destined to establish a new standard in luxury hospitality.

This signing follows the earlier launch of OZEN Villas Jaipur, scheduled to open in 2025. With both properties under development, Atmosphere Core is rapidly expanding its presence in the region. Industry observers expect that Aryaville will help position Jaipur as a destination for experiential hospitality, appealing to luxury travelers seeking curated retreats framed by culture and landscape.
Construction is expected to begin soon, with interest already building among travelers, event planners, and local tourism stakeholders. The opening of Aryaville by Atmosphere in 2028 is expected to further solidify Atmosphere Core’s influence in India’s upscale resort segment.
