MAYFAIR Hotels & Resorts has appointed Ashwani Kumar as Deputy General Manager – Sales & Marketing at the MAYFAIR Regional Office North, Delhi, further strengthening its commercial leadership structure across key northern markets.

Ashwani Kumar brings 17 years of professional experience spanning hospitality operations, events, weddings and integrated sales platforms. His career reflects a strong blend of hotel sales expertise and large-scale event-driven business development.
Career progression and brand exposure
Kumar began his hospitality journey with The Oberoi, New Delhi, in the Food & Beverage Events function, where he gained early exposure to luxury service standards and high-end event execution. Over the years, he has held key sales roles with Weddingz.in, Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana, and The LaLiT Group of Hotels, Delhi. Prior to joining MAYFAIR, he served as Associate Head of Sales at The LaLiT, where he was closely involved in driving corporate, social and wedding-related business.
