ibis and ibis Styles hotels in India have announced the appointment of Arish Mehta as Portfolio Director of Revenue Management, effective December 2025. Based in Delhi, Arish will lead the revenue management strategy across the brands’ India portfolio, with a mandate to drive sustainable growth and strengthen overall commercial performance.
The appointment reflects the growing scale of ibis and ibis Styles in India and the need for cohesive, portfolio-level leadership to support expansion across multiple markets.

A career built within Accor
Arish brings over 13 years of experience with Accor, having worked across revenue and commercial functions covering rooms, food and beverage, and MICE segments. His long association with the group has given him deep familiarity with Accor’s systems, brand positioning, and market-led commercial strategies.
In his most recent role as Director of Revenue Management in Mumbai, Arish led the total revenue strategy for a 268-room hotel, overseeing pricing, demand forecasting, and performance optimisation across departments.
Experience across multi-city portfolios
Before this role, Arish served as Cluster Revenue Manager, where he was responsible for shaping revenue strategies for a portfolio of ibis hotels across key Indian cities. His responsibilities included pricing strategy, demand analysis, and inventory management, alongside mentoring and developing revenue teams at the property level.
This hands-on experience across single-property and multi-hotel portfolios positions him well to manage the complexity of a national brand footprint.

Driving alignment and growth across brands
In his new role, Arish will focus on aligning and implementing revenue-driving strategies across ibis and ibis Styles hotels in India. His scope includes ensuring consistency in revenue practices, leveraging data and analytics, and working closely with commercial and operations teams to support long-term performance.
The role places emphasis on collaboration, market responsiveness, and disciplined execution as the brands continue to expand across established and emerging destinations.
