Ankur Dixit has been appointed as Director – Food & Beverage at Radisson Blu Kaushambi in Ghaziabad. The appointment places Ankur Dixit in charge of the hotel’s food and beverage operations and banqueting portfolio.
Responsibilities in the New Role
As Director – Food & Beverage, Ankur Dixit is responsible for overseeing all restaurants, bars, banqueting operations and service delivery at Radisson Blu Kaushambi. The role includes revenue performance, guest experience standards and the management of large-scale events and dining operations.

Ankur Dixit is a hospitality professional with more than 19 years of experience in luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants and large-format banqueting. His background includes senior food and beverage leadership roles across premium hotel brands, covering both operational and guest-facing environments.
Professional Background
Ankur Dixit began his career at The Oberoi, New Delhi, where he worked across Threesixty° and Trevertino, building experience in luxury service and premium dining. He later joined The Leela Palace, Chanakyapuri during its pre-opening phase and worked across outlets including The Qube, Megu and Le Cirque, while also handling Embassy and High Commission clients.
He subsequently held senior roles at Hyatt Regency New Delhi and other premium hotels in the Delhi NCR region.
Prior to joining Radisson Blu Kaushambi, Ankur Dixit served as Food & Beverage Manager and Head of Butlers at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala. He led Radisson Hotel Group’s first Butler Service pilot in India.
He also handled destination weddings, G20 and PMO-led national events, and catering for international cricket teams during five ODI matches of the 2023 Cricket World Cup at the HPCA International Cricket Stadium. During this period, the hotel recorded QPR audit scores of up to 98.6 per cent.
