The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Anil Tatapudi as the Food & Beverage Manager at Revival, the upcoming fine dining restaurant at The Fern Residency, Sheshadripuram, Bengaluru.
In his new role, Anil will oversee the entire F&B operations, including Pan-Indian cuisine at Revival, Chowpatty Chaat, in-room dining, and banquet services. Revival will mark its first F&B venture under The Fern Hotels group, with operations set to commence in October 2025.

Bringing over 16 years of extensive hospitality experience, Anil has worked with a diverse range of hotel brands. Most recently, he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vijayawada. His career includes significant roles at Eden Park Hotel, Hotel Mango Vybrant – Sayaji Hotels, Al Ghanim Industries (Kuwait), Ginger (IHCL), Hotel Quorum, Fortune Hotels by ITC Group, and Hotel Quality Inn Group.
Throughout his career, Anil has been recognized for his excellence in guest service, including awards such as “Best Employee of the Month” at Lemon Tree Hotels and “Best Smile and Guest Delight” by TripAdvisor Services.
His key responsibilities will span menu planning and cost control, staff leadership and training, guest experience management, operational efficiency, hygiene and safety compliance, event and banquet coordination, CSR initiatives, and enhancing cultural and culinary experiences.
With his expertise and leadership, Revival at The Fern Residency is poised to deliver exceptional dining experiences, setting new benchmarks for hospitality in Bengaluru.
